My website maintenance package currently includes the following for one website/domain:
- Security management, installation of security plugins.
- Daily offsite backups. Free restores and emergency response in case of system failures.
- Initial cleanup of site
- Clone/Copy of live website available for testing.
- Site migration between hosting providers (one time during setup)
- SSL management. (Customer supplied certificate unless host provides free SSL. Many do now)
- Google Analytics integration
- Google Webmaster Tools / Search Console Integration
- Website SEO Setup / Tune-Up
- Reasonable number of small changes to your site per month. Plugin installation/testing, Layout changes, etc.
- Available to answer questions by email or phone.
- Tutorial Video Library
There is an extra monthly fee for e-commerce websites.
This is a monthly service. The setup fee covers getting the site stabilized and running smoothly in the first month/partial month and then service starts properly the following month. Additional months of service won’t include the setup fee (you will get a promo code to renew and reminder emails).
